Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Drafter to create accurate 3D models and technical drawings for residential/ commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD software, an eye for precision, and the ability to transform conceptual designs into detailed schematics that support engineering, production, or construction efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and revise detailed 3D models and drawings based on engineering or architectural input
- Translate 2D sketches, plans, and specifications into accurate 3D designs
- Collaborate with designers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and project feasibility
- Maintain organized documentation and version control of drawings and design files
Qualifications
- Certification in Drafting, CAD, or a related field
- Proven experience as a 3D Drafter (1–3+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of engineering or architectural principles
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of rendering or animation software (e.g., Lumion, Blender, 3ds Max).

Driving Duties:
- Transporting goods or passengers safely and on schedule
- Navigating urban and rural routes efficiently
Vehicle Maintenance
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Reporting vehicle defects or issues to the mechanic/operations team
- Keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy
Compliance & Safety
- Following road safety and traffic regulations
- Maintaining logs and delivery records (if applicable)
- Ensuring the vehicle meets legal requirements (insurance, registration, etc.)
